  • Jackson Sagers, P.E.

    Jackson Sagers graduated from Utah State University with a BS degree in civil and environmental engineering. He is one of the founders of WPE and leads the structural projects. He specializes in residential structures and post frame buildings and is a licensed P.E. Jackson is great at communication and building lasting relationships with clients. In Jackson’s spare time he rides dirt bikes, skis, wakeboards, and takes his family camping.

  • Tom Hill, P.E.

    Tom Hill has over 5 years of experience with land development projects including parking lots, subdivisions, utility designs, and many more. He is one of the founders of WPE and leads all the civil projects. Tom graduated from Utah State University with a BS Degree in civil engineering and is a licensed P.E. He has always enjoyed helping people solve problems and has had an interest in construction since he was young. In Tom’s free time he spends time with his family, working on home projects, and doing anything in the mountains, but specifically trail running, camping, fishing, and skiing.

  • Grace Clark

    Grace Clark has been a civil engineering intern at WPE since May of 2023. During her time at WPE she has worked on many site development plans and roadway projects. These projects have given her great experience grading parking lots, designing roads, and putting together plan sets. Grace plans to graduate from Utah State University in May of 2025 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Her grandpa started his own civil engineering firm in 1975 so growing up she was surrounded with his work, which sparked her interest in civil engineering. In Grace’s spare time she plays ultimate frisbee, disc golf, and goes hiking with her husband!

  • Gavin Passey

    Gavin Passey has been a structural intern at WPE since September 2023. He is a Senior at Utah State University studying civil engineering. Gavin has always been fixated by homes because of their uniqueness and intricate designs. He has enjoyed building things throughout his life and worked as a framer for two summers during college. Since Gavin started college, he’s spent time reviewing house plans with his father. His time spent framing and reviewing house plans gives him valuable, real-world experience with residential structure design. In Gavin’s spare time he enjoys camping, hiking, and jamming out to music!

  • Jeff Mickelson

    Jeff Mickelson has been a structural intern at WPE since September 2023. Jeff is a Junior studying civil engineering at Utah State University. His interest in civil engineering started early on when he followed his dad, also a civil engineer, around on site visits in Idaho. At WPE Jeff focuses on new residential structures, additions, and structural restorations. Jeff spends the majority of his free time in the mountains skiing, biking, and off-roading in his Jeep!
